We were told date and time of service with no problemsStaff also friendly and helpful.
The appointment was made very efficiently and the staff are always polite and friendly. We were told that the service would take approximately 2 hours and it was completed well within this time and I was contacted to inform me when it was ready.
Peter was very professional, helpful & researched a query I had regarding child seats.

Car returned ok but have noisy turbo now which we didn't have before- telephoned to ask about it and told they all make a whistling noise- Funny it didn't before?
Every member of staff I dealt with was kind and courteous. I was given time to consider my options and I ended up with a very good deal and car. The paperwork took a while to sort out but understandable due to a trade in and new pcp arrangement.

Booking in was easy. They were expecting me when I turned up and while they sorted the paperwork I was offered a drink.when collecting the car again it was quick and efficient. A great job was done and it had been washed and hoovered inside.

Kept us up to date and worked around us to pick the car up when it arrived. Also most of paperwork was done over the phone so wasn't spending too long in the dealership (which is a challenge when you have a newborn )
Good test drive and thought my order was clear but when I phoned to check on progress I found out that the sales person had left and made several errors, even though he checked with someone else as new. He was blamed but should not have happened.
Car was completed in hours for full service and valeting.

Ever since I purchased my car from Sandal Wakefield the service has been second to none.
Everything done efficiently although had to wait a little longer than expected
Jamie kept me updated on delivery dates etc. See above.The handover experience was really great and the bow attached to the car and flowers made it very special.
