Able to relax whilst my bundle of joy was given the all clear and ready for the winter.

Poor customer service no one could tell us what came basic in it and computer build very complex even for staff, when car arrived build was incorrect so had to be built again

All staff were a tentative helpful and friendly.No pressure was inflicted in there'sales discussion which shows minis sell on thier long standing history.
My vehicle was ready when they said it would be and clean and sparkling not just a quick hose down like previous garages have done with other cars I have owned

As above. Was made to feel I had to push to find out what was covered in my service. No reassurance that I was a valued customer who was coming to the experts aka main dealer.

Everything went very easy. I went in to look and in 2 days I was driving the car out of the showroom.

The appointment was made very efficiently and the staff are always polite and friendly. We were told that the service would take approximately 2 hours and it was completed well within this time and I was contacted to inform me when it was ready.
